Design Agency Structure and role
Team members has specific role in agency. They got assigned job as per their specific skill set. Name of department and Designation may differ but the roles, task would be found same in all Design Agencies. Most common roles are like Designer, they produce creative output, such as advertisements, websites and mobile apps. Account or Admin representative, who deals with clients to understand their business and goals, then share clients’ needs and visions with the designer. Creative director, Who is Heads of the all department’s, he oversee the work of designers to ensure they meet client standards, and they approve finished projects to deliver to clients.
